Asha constructed complex principal garments, which included the Witch’s Overgrown and Blooming looks, utilising advanced techniques in draping, corsetry, historical patterning, and collaborative design development. She facilitated effective cross-department collaboration, consulting with Set, Props, and Lighting to solve technical challenges such as quick-change mechanisms and material behaviour under stage conditions. She fostered a positive, communicative workroom culture through clear guidance, organised systems, and supportive leadership, contributing to strong team morale and cohesive production outcomes.
